PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Board Area Learning Organizations at SAP are working together under the banner of SAP Learning. SAP Service & Support Learning provides functional education to all jobs and roles in the board area ‘SAP Digital Business Services’ (e.g. technical quality manager, enterprise support advisor, etc.).

As a communication working student (f/m/d), you will help compile our internal, monthly learning newsletter with a target group of ~25,000 recipients worldwide as well as administer related tasks.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Proofread, edit submitted newsletter articles and write newsletter articles per our standards and guidelines (newsletter language is English)
Layout and quality check of both content and language
Maintain internal communication channels (including internal social media)
Prepare newsletter statistics and update presentations
Support creation of videos (storyboard)
Communicate with internal stakeholders

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Currently enrolled as a Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred field(s) of study: linguistics, communications, media science, translation. Journalist background is an advantage.
Computer skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), HTML skills are an asset.
Language skills: Excellent English, as well as excellent writing skills
Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, good team player, intercultural competencies
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/ programming languages.
