Strategic Account Manager - North Germany
Position Overview
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager the candidate will:
- Be responsible for the development of key German customer accounts in Northern Germany.
- Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, and leverage these relationships to develop sales growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in joint planning and reporting processes with the Sales Manager to develop and attain performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Assist and co-operate with other account managers and sales support staff, as necessary, to develop key academic accounts in the territory.

- A professional outward appearance and attitude, with superior oral/written communication skills, including strong negotiation skills.
- Strong interest in cell/molecular biology, with knowledge of drug discovery and development processes and platforms.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, respond quickly to changing priorities, and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
- Possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong computer proficiency.
Qualifications
Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or preferably higher) in a life science subject.
- A sales background (min. 3 years) in the life science market, preferably handling German Pharma and Biotech accounts.
- Fluency in German and English is essential, another European language is advantageous.
- The position is based in Northern Germany
- The possession of a full Driving Licence is required.
