Job description

In your role as Senior project manager you will:

• Initiate, plan and steer projects related to all areas of Nacelle Operations, ensuring project execution in time, in budget and in quality
• Report project status to Management & support decision-making with relevant analysis
• Support plant managers, technical experts and functional managers in resolving constraints, developing contingency plans, budgets, project planning, escalation reports to steering committee, core teams, team leads and head of manufacturing
• Prepare high-level communication to Management board or Supervisory board

Job requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business studies (or comparable qualifications)
• 5 to 10 years work experience including relevant internships
• Extensive experience in project management & start-up of manufacturing operations
• Previous experience in Wind power is a must
• Experience in production ramp-up in non-European countries e.g. India, China, Latam
• Ability to work in cross-cultural & cross-functional work environments
• Ability to work pro-actively & autonomously
• Good communication & moderation skills
• Proficiency in MS Powerpoint & Excel
• Team player skills
• Analytical thinking
• Proficiency in English required
• German or Spanish as a plus
