Testo Solutions offer the application of measurement devices to implement quality procedures in restaurants and retail chains on a worldwide cloud infrastructure. This growing business model based on IoT, ensures a longlasting perspective in a fast evolving market. Our technology stack combined with 60+ years of experience in food and pharma safety regulations is a strong position to help our customers succeed and safeguard their own customers. As Head of Cloud IoT Development (m/f/d) you will have an important impact for our solutions business
Your Tasks Will be
:- lead and manage a cross functional team for testo food solutions * inspire and support the architecture board, develop architecture with the team and bring our software architecture to the next level * implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities * create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for software development together with the other leads * accountable for the on time and to quality delivery of software development projects * motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment * envision and deliver software solutions that meet user needs and/or solve business problems * ensure delivery consistent with agile processes * set and manage priorities * work effectively with product managers and product owners to ensure delivery against agreed priorities * articulate and gain engagement for ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences * ensuring that technology standards and best practices are maintained * ensure communication and collaboration between titisee and berlin what we offer:
