Employee (f/m/d) Legal Department

What you can move with us:

• You independently review, negotiate and draft international contracts of all kinds with customers, cooperation partners and subcontractors.
• Mainly software supply and maintenance contracts as well as Saas contracts
• Coordination of contract contents with the business units concerned
• Opportunity and risk assessment of projects based on the contract
• Self-responsible review of general terms and conditions of customers and subcontractors
• Evaluation of software license conditions of other software manufacturers
• Together with your colleagues, you are the internal contact person (f/m/d) for contract-relevant and legal questions

What you bring along:

• Completion of both state law examinations with at least three years of professional experience in contract work in an international environment
• Alternatively: trained/studied business economist, Bachelor of Laws or similar with at least six years of professional experience in the contract/legal department of an internationally operating company in the IT environment
• Strong interest in the company's products and project processes, good understanding of IT and software
• Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English
• Analytical thinking skills to quickly process complex issues
• Negotiation and organizational skills, a confident appearance and a healthy degree of pragmatism within the legal scope of action
• Understanding of economic contexts, ideally knowledge of data protection law
• Excellent communication skills, high team spirit, enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including abroad
