As Manufacturing Equipment Technician, you will provide direct and immediate support to the manufacturing operations in terms of machine troubleshooting and repair, daily maintenance execution, daily tool parametric monitoring through data collections, machine qualifications and actively supports to process and yield teams

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs immediate machine troubleshooting and repairs/ conversions/ set-up and or qualifications.

Performs machines daily and periodic maintenance activities.

Assist the engineer/s in performing line qualification prior to manufacturing use.

Performs defined activities based on the written documented procedures and defined engineering instructions.

Performs tool modification, optimization to improve tool performance and product quality.

Conduct daily 5’s on tools and work station area.

REQUIRED:

At least Graduate of Technical Vocation Courses

Technical courses related to Electro-Mechanic, Electronics, Pneumatics, Instrumentation.

PREFERRED:

Previous experience in Manufacturing Industry as Line Maintenance, or Support.

Knowledge or experience in PLC programming

SKILLS:

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Windows Office.
