We are responsible to implement the overall Talent Management strategy along the entire employee lifecycle in order to develop, engage and retain employees within our Hub Central & Southern Europe. This includes performance management, career development, succession management, talent identification and diverse local programs while ensuring Diversity and Inclusion. Your responsibilities

  • Lead and support in various global and local Talent Management projects regarding performance management, career development, succession management and talent identification, while ensuring Diversity and Inclusion
  • Facilitation of development assessments and 270/360 feedbacks for individual contributors, first line managers, middle managers and senior managers on local and global level
  • Support Trainee Program Managers in various topics regarding local trainee programs within the hub
  • Support Apprentices Program Lead in Switzerland for program and employer branding activities
  • Foster a global network of talent management specialists collaborating cross country and exchanging expertise as well as driving global Talent Management processes cross business areas and geographies
  • Close collaboration with the Learning & Development team to deliver a smooth learning experience

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the area of Human Resources
  • Several years of experience in supporting, driving and consulting Human Resources processes on various stakeholder levels preferably in the field of performance management, succession planning, development programs and methodologies
  • Familiarity with leadership assessments and feedback giving practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong intercultural competence
  • Excellent command of English and at least one other language from one of our major countries in the hub (Bulgarian, German, Italian, Spanish, Turkish)
