A fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join RB's Health Business Unit.
In this role, you will beresponsible for driving the customer strategy in several key national and local customers. A strong collaboration with local OTC Sales Reps is key to drive and execute business growth plans as set by the Sales Leadership Team.
Key parts of this role will include:
The 3D (Distribution, Display, Detailing) strategies within focus customersAnalysing of 3D gaps to identify opportunities and risks
Developing the implementation of customer-specific measures on projects and promotions
Strategic development of customer-specific best practice models through effective analyses of advertisement, placement and range of products for particular focus customers
Conducting of LSM/3D/4D opportunities and risk analyses for particular focus customers
Closing LSM/3D gaps and use possible improvements
Preparation of presentations in collaboration with other departments
Correspondence with customers
Creating Sales analyses and collecting and editing market data
Preparation and post-processing of customer meetings of year-end talks
Promotion evaluations and analyses, update information (Promo Tracking, Promos, Listings)
Developing and negotiating annual contracts and promotion-plans
Strong collaboration and info sharing with Field Sales teams
Preparation of Field-Sales relevant analyses and correspondence
Management of accounting and invoicing, full channel-responsibility
Execution of month- and year-end closings
Generating of annual budget-plan for customer/channel-responsibility
Is this you?
Minimum bachelors degree (BA-Studium) in Business Administration (or similar)Focus on Marketing/Sales
Pharmareferent would be an asset
Minimum 4 years of previous work experience in Sales/Marketing in an OTC or Pharma company
Solid Key Account Management experience
Very good computer literacy (Windows)
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office (esp. Excel
English: fluent
