Marketing & Operations Assistant

We are looking for a motivated person to support our small Marketing & Operations team at Kildwick. Duties for the Marketing & Operations Assistant will include developing various sales and marketing materials (online and offline), sourcing images and artwork, writing and updating website copy in German and English, creating online assets (e.g. newsletters) and coordinating on and offline marketing production. Part of the role is general admin and customer support activities such as answering customer enquiries and supporting the team.

We are looking for a motivated person to support our small Marketing & Operations team at Kildwick. Duties for the Marketing & Operations Assistant will include developing various sales and marketing materials (online and offline), sourcing images and artwork, writing and updating website copy in German and English, creating online assets (e.g. newsletters) and coordinating on and offline marketing production. Part of the role is general admin and customer support activities such as answering customer enquiries and supporting the team.

The role covers:

• On-site operations support
• Support team with advising and engaging with customers
• Offer customer service support via phone, chat and email
• Supporting marketing initiatives and team
• Creating, segmenting and managing mailing lists / newsletters
• Updating website copy and materials
• Supporting product launches and promotions, coordinating events (if needed)
• Developing and sourcing content and creating marketing material

Who are you:

• Helpful and happy - you enjoy talking to people and supporting them
• Positive personality that looks at problems like opportunities that you are motivated to solve, you like to take ownership
• You are a student in marketing, communications, or equivalent, but we’re also happy to look at different backgrounds
• You enjoy social media and online comms
• First hands-on experience with CMS and newsletter systems would be awesome, alternatively a strong interest to learn
• You have an interest in sustainable living and the environment, be a creative thinker, multimedia savvy, well-organized, and must enjoy writing and communication (good copywriting skills in English and German)
• You value attention to detail, and are a reliable team player
• Must be able to work 2 days per week 8-10 hours
