Do you have experience in commercial order processing? Do you always work independently and in a structured manner? Then join our Robotics Business at the Friedberg / Hessen location as an “Order Handling Specialist (m/f/d)”.

Your responsibilities

• Independent and responsible complete commercial order processing in compliance with ABB guidelines and taking into account all customer and export-specific features
• Creation of necessary documents for domestic and foreign deliveries and services, including order confirmations and invoices
• Independent handling of all exports with preparation of the necessary export documents, export control reports, certificates of origin and supplier declarations
• Monitoring and tracking of incoming payments

Your background

• Completed commercial vocational training or studies
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Good technical understanding
• IT knowledge: SAP/R3 - processing customer orders
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Experience in communicating with customers
• Structured, efficient and careful way of working
