For the service and support division of Hirschmann Automation and Control GmbH, located in Neckartenzlingen, Germany, we are looking for a full-time, unlimited 3rd Level Support Engineer (m/w/d) Responsibilities * Support L2-Support groups worldwide * Process tickets in HelpDesk system for Belden Brands (Hirschmann, Tofino, GarrettCom) and OEMs * Prioritize tickets with Belden R&D teams (Neckartenzlingen, Fremont, Romania, India, China) and OEM vendors (e. G. OTN) * Reproduce customer issues in L3-Support lab and analyze them deeply in order to help R&D with bugfixing * Support Productmanagement in all technical questions and customer visits * Visit customers worldwide to analyze and solve issues in customers Networks * Improve products through feedback from field experiences and through own proposals regarding devices and functions * Work together with Commercial Projects tightly and support customers and FAEs in planning of big Networks * Setup customer networks with their end-devices and test them together with customers and partners in our FAT lab and on customer sites * Regularly train L2-Support groups and FAEs worldwide Required Skills and Experience * Degree in computer science or equivalent in practice acquired knowledge * Professional experience in network technology, network protocols, IP routing, WLAN * Good knowledge of Hirschmann products * Troubleshooting experience * Training experience * Good written and spoken English * Ability to work under pressure * Fast understanding of complex issues * Good personable manners Do you want to take responsibility?
