Your responsibilities

• In the role as Specialist (m/f/d) Front Office Sales & Service, you are responsible for processing customer offers and orders and other order entry tasks through the In-house systems for the Scientific Solutions department for the Middle-East and Africa (MEA)
• You maintain constant communication with customers, distributors and resellers (1st level support)
• You coordinate the pre- and after-sales support between Olympus and MEA
• You are responsible for ensuring the quality and punctuality of deliveries of equipment on an international level
• You manage the order book, End User Declarations and customer returns
• You support stakeholders with open order book details and report of Key Performance Indicators
• Your tasks included supporting the Supply Chain Department as well as processing letters of credit and certificates for free marketing
• You are in charge of distributor requests regarding orders, articles or other relevant topics in the supply chain
• You are responsible for the continuous optimization of processes and communication in accordance to the market requirements

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed a course of studies in economics or similar
• You have several years of professional experience in the areas of front or back office and customer service experience in an international environment (first work experience or internship in the MEA region advantageous)
• You are experienced in processing letters of credits, certificates of free marketing and other relevant payment/export documents
• Your strengths include a strong customer orientation, demonstrable time management skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Contributing to success as part of a team motivates you
• You have excellent communication skills and command of English and German – both written and spoken
• Any other languages are an asset
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint completes your profile
