Your responsibilities

• In your role as „IT Demand & Architecture Manager” (m/f/d), you are responsible for all EMEA-wide IT functions related to Project Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture and IT Demand Management / Business Relationship Management
• You have the disciplinary and functional leadership of 8 Senior Managers plus additional team members in the regions with dotted reporting lines
• You takeover the Business Partner role for our Medical Solutions Division – liaise with senior and top management to understand future and major IT demands
• Guide and contribute to derive IT strategy from business strategies and successively break-down into 3-5y strategic IT roadmap and annual project portfolio
• You maintain a close relationship and process interaction with Regional IT Managers / Demand Managers to gather business IT demands from our EMEA subsidiaries and align with global strategies
• You define and implement IT organizational governance across relevant IT-functions and measure overall IT effectivity and efficiency
• You are responsible for enhancements of related processes, tools and methods including roll-out to our EMEA regions as well as alignment with global IT

Your qualification

• Studies in the area of (business) computer science, business administration or comparable form the basis of your professional success - doctoral degree / Ph.D. desired
• You have at least 5-7 years of leadership experiences in related IT functions from the internal corporate function or IT Management Consulting
• You have strong experience and knowledge in the fields of Business Relationship Management, IT Enterprise Architecture and Project Portfolio Management
• You have profound experience in the professional and responsible management of complex IT projects and establishment of IT Service Management structures
• Your strengths include excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of initiative, self-organization and assertiveness
• You can demonstrate a confident appearance at management level combined with high empathy, conflict management and intercultural competence
• You enjoy working in international teams and advance the implementation of the EMEA IT strategy
• You have a high standard of performance coupled with a practical mentality and pragmatism
