What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
Master in Business (or equivalent area of study or experience) with international study and some work experience
Experience with different application software and a deep understanding of information, innovation and communications technologies, concepts and methodologies

Working experience in consulting and technology-related teams (working experience within EY WaveSpace and Innovation Specialty Teams including business incubation would be preferred)

Understanding of how new technologies and business models are disrupting existing industries and accelerate Digital Transformation
Demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to establish and refine the strategies that drive innovation as well as organizational performance and add value to the business

Makes independent decisions on matters within the scope of the job, seeks decisions from superiors for more far-reaching decisions
Strong capabilities to work virtually and with virtual distributed teams
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
