YOUR TEAM
Become part of a team of highly professional project management experts using classic and agile methods. We are responsible for high performance ECUs Body & Connect. You deal with additional multi-cultural project/process partners in CARIAD, as in the Volkswagen brands (e.g. series, production, logistics, customer service, quality assurance and suppliers). It is extremely motivating to be part of a car development and to influence the success of new cars across all brands to make life of our customers easier and more pleasant.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Steering the software engineering of high performance ECU Connected Vehicle Platform projects, with the focus on functions, timeline, technology, quality & budget
- Evaluate alternatives for technical implementations in the case of technical changes or conflict of objectives (technology, schedule, costs)
- Assessment of the software implementation in terms of requirement specifications, change requests, function and integration tests
- Being an ambassador of agile/SAFe values and setup or improve the project team accordingly, including daily detection and resolution of impediments on a solution level
- Release milestones for deliveries in your responsibility
WHO YOU ARE
- Technical degree (computer sciences, electrical engineering, physics) or similar qualification with job experience in technical project management and/ or hardware, software or electronics development
- Working experience in agile roles and methods, enjoying to work process-oriented
- Understanding for technically complex content as well as its impact on development efforts and the resulting scheduling track
- Knowledge of functional-, vehicle- or control unit architecture as well as SW platforms, operating systems, programming languages and software technologies
- Striving for solutions, work independently and structured with a hands-on mentality
