We are really excited to have the opportunity to share our home with someone who can become part of our family.
We live in a modern home in Coorparoo which is within walking distance of Brisbane city centre. Being so close to the city, we are a short walk from lots of amenities including shops, restaurants, parks, movie theatre, etc. We are very close to a train station and lots of bus stops. There are lots of language schools that are easily accessible from where we are.

I’m a single mum with two boys in primary school (5 and 9 years), two cute puppies and two guinea pigs. I'm on great terms with my (soon-to-be) ex-husband. He lives nearby and has the children over a couple of times a week.

I run my own business which keeps me exceptionally busy from Monday to Friday. I try to reserve my weekends to have fun with the boys. We go on regular outings around Brisbane (picnics, walks, beach trips, etc) and you would be welcome to join us if you want to see more of Brisbane.

I’m looking for someone who is fun, friendly, has experience working with children and is tidy. The hours would be around 30-35 per week predominately Monday to Friday. On weekends you are free and welcome to join us on our outings and activities. While a detailed list, and instructions, would be provided, the tasks are related to looking after the children and the pets and include:

• The Children – To get the children ready for school, walk them down the road to school, undertake basic housekeeping (tidy their rooms and play spaces, wash their clothes and some meal preparation), pick them up from school, taking them to after school activities.
• The Pets – Helping to care for the children's pets. Such as taking the puppies to the groomer, and looking after them if I am away for work overnight.

In return for your au-pair duties, you would be provided with full board. This includes your own room that contains a brand new Queen size bed and lots of wardrobe space.

While we aren't the "sit down for dinner" type family, we love our food and have a well-stocked pantry and fridge that you are free to access anytime.

You would also be provided with $250 AUD per week spending money (deposited into your account each week).
