Quality Control Specialist (gn)
How you contribute to our mission
- You perform quality control activities and monitor our quality feed safety system
- You take responsibility for inspecting, evaluating, and sampling incoming materials, production flow, and final products
- You document and review analytical test on materials and report deviations
- By providing trainings and preparing instructions and directions, you guide production personnel to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
- You support a wide range of Quality Management tasks such as product quality reviews, shelf-life, and stability testing in cooperation with external service providers, as well as create certificates of analyses to conform with products of German production plants/ warehouses
- To improve our business process continuously, you participate actively in Quality Management Committees and in various project teams
What you should bring to this position
- You have successfully completed a vocational training or apprenticeship as Biological/ Chemical laboratory assistant, Dairy laboratory technician or comparable fields of study, alternatively you have a bachelor’s degree with a scope on Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- You have already gained 2 or more years of professional experience Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- You are highly diligent, analytical, and solution-oriented and show a positive attitude
- You have advanced skills in numerical and statistical analysis
- Facilitating change and continuous improvement is a matter of course for you
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills
- You communicate fluently in German and English both verbally and in writing
- You are proficient in MS-Office applications; Experience with ERP systems, preferably Navision, are advantageous
- You are a team player, open minded and appreciate an international and multicultural environment
