Residential & Commercial Heating and Cooling Specialists
Job Opportunity: Seeking qualified, motivated service technician.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years field experience and have proven customer service skills.
Other Required Qualifications: Familiar with a wide range of equipment and solid troubleshooting experience. Possess the ability to make repair or replacement decisions. Be able to acquire NATE certification within 2 years of employment. Demonstrate the ability to be accountable and accept responsibility.

Personal Skills: ‐ Communicate effectively with customers and other co‐workers any ideas, explanations, or problems. ‐ Be open to train, instruct, or oversee newer employees. ‐ Attend classes and training seminars. ‐ Have excellent written skills to write‐up work orders. ‐ Possess the ability to follow through with pending work orders. ‐ Maintain professional dress and attitude at all times. ‐ Be available for on‐call; to run after hour's service calls as needed. ‐ Complete duties that are assigned by supervisors or managers.
