Laboratory Head Raw Materials Laboratory in Quality Control (m/f/d) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead a laboratory for analysis of pharmaceutical raw materials * Plan, execute and evaluate analyses of pharmaceutical products and raw materials marketed worldwide * Carry out root cause analysis and evaluate deviations as well as approve analytical test reports (AMWHV §14) * Create and maintain internal pharmaceutical test documentation relating to the laboratory and for international registration dossiers * Participate in validation/verification and transfer of test methods and give guidance and support to global manufacturing sites regarding analytical questions * Implement global guidelines such as GMP regulations and requirements of health authorities (e. G. FDA, EMA) and represent the area of responsibility during authority and customer inspections * Be responsible for the HSE aspects in the laboratory area * Concept, continuously develop and optimize documents and processes in the area of responsibility WHO YOU ARE * University degree in chemistry or pharmacy with PhD * Several years of work experience in a regulated environment * Several years of experience in leading a team in an industrial enterprise * Very good knowledge of pharmaceutical analytics and pharmacopeia (USP, PhEur, JP) as well as solid background regarding international cGMP requirements (EU, FDA) * Proactive, independent and targeted way of working * Ability to structure and prioritize complex processes * Assertiveness as well as strong organizational, team and communication skills * Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken YOUR APPLICATION Are you looking for a new challenge where you can show your passion for innovation?
