Main tasks

• Support the entire applicant management and recruitment process, from sourcing all the way to contract preparation for defined positions
• Get exposure to the full recruitment life-cycle with close mentorship from the team
• Optimize the candidate's journey and experience during the application process
• Support in daily business and administrative activities
• Organize and schedule meetings
• Assist in the design of job advertisements and their publication
• Take part in Interview processes and prepare candidates in an independent manner
• Support in the implementation and development of new agile HR-processes

Qualifications

• Studies of business administration, economics, social science or similar; ideally with a focus on Human Resources, organization or marketing
• Preferably first hands-on experiences in the area of Human Resources
• Excellent social competence and strong team and communication skills
• Independent, creative and professional way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Availability for at least 6 months
