Channel Marketing Manager (m/f/d) (359123/001) Munich, Germany

For our client, a leading multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, we are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Munich.

Your Role:
As a Channel Project Manager you will work within the Retail Marketing team and be responsible for supporting the team running the PMO for pivotal partner projects. You will partner closely with Retail Operations and Partnerships to help execute channel marketing and merchandising plans to support sell-out targets.

Your Tasks:

• Lead the PMO for complex cross-functional partner projects
• Develop retail strategy and own executions for platforms and device launches .
• Create new retail concepts/pilots and test for scalability and potential impact.
• Work with retail operations and third party retail in managing quality standards for in-store deployments (third party merchandising, auditing, mystery shopping, etc.).
• Develop learnings and continuously optimize presence.
• Coordinate planning and execution of POS promotions, staff trainings and product experiences
• Use analytics to drive performance of our retail activities measuring engagement among third party retail associates and prioritize initiatives based on highest potential impact.
• Be the PMO for complex cross-functional partner projects led by Marketing, prepare for team meeting agendas, workshops and business reviews.

Your Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years related to project management, marketing or sales management, partner management experience in an Internet, software platform, or consumer electronics company
• Project Management skills and tools know how
• Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Experience in consumer electronics / mobile industry nice to have
• Proven ability to plan and manage at operational level and successfully manage projects with retailers
