Your responsibilities

• In your role as Complaint Management Specialist (m/f/d) you are the window person for the complaint process to manufacturers, subsidiaries and distributors for entire EMEA region
• You manage product complaints on medical devices throughout the product complaint process: Review information provided by the local organizations, conduct complaint evaluation, initiate investigation, review investigation results and communicate to subsidiaries
• You initiate corrections (e.g. credit notes, repair, exchange)
• You support the process of complaint monitoring, evaluation and review
• You facilitate solutions for escalating complaints in cooperation with relevant partners at OEKG, subsidiaries and the manufacturer
• You support training on the product complaint process and the global complaint handling software

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed a bachelor or master degree in engineering or equivalent professional or equivalent skill
• You have knowledge gained through significant practical experience
• Your strengths include a very good customer and team orientation
• Product and / or application knowledge of our products is a plus
• You have knowledge of regulatory requirements (MDD/MDR)
• You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
• Additional language skills are an advantage
