Job Description (Senior) Manager Business Controlling (m/f/d) Corporate Functions Location Hanau Permanent Full Time Your role and responsibilities:
- In this role, you are an active sparring partner for the Heraeus business segments in strategic and business management topics. * For our top management, you will analyse the financial key figures of the business units, derive recommendations for action and prepare decision papers. * You accompany the annual budget process and review investment applications. * Moreover you prepare presentations and documents for Executive Board committees, Supervisory Board and Shareholders' Committee. * Working in projects such as strategy, M&A and restructuring will also be a part of your role. What is required for this role:
- Successfully completed university degree in economics with focus on finance or equivalent * Confident communication skills in German and English * Excellent knowledge of MS Office and high affinity to digitalization solutions for the financial sector * Several years of professional experience in strategic controlling and/or management consulting, international professional experience is desirable * Experience in the independent structuring and management of project modules or small project teams * High level of commitment and flexibility as well as a high degree of initiative, social competence and creativity If you want to do more than make a living, at Heraeus you can make a difference.
