Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is looking to hire a passionate, analytical, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Risk & Compliance Auditor (m/f/d). As a member of the Amazon Logistics team, you will be based in the delivery station and ensure that our delivery service providers (DSPs) adhere to our contractually agreed service standards and you contribute actively to the development of their quality and performance. This is a pivotal role in terms of ensuring Amazon achieves its customer promise on the last mile

Responsibilities

:

• perform in-station audits in line with our requirements and timetable. - conduct internal investigations, including ad hoc short notice ones. - operational activity monitoring of dsps and subcontractors. - review new and existing dsp/subcontractors/das ensuring that they meet compliance, safety, and contractual standards. - preparation of audit summary documentation and recommendations for review by manager and other relevant business stakeholders.
• willing to work in a delivery station. - willing to travel 35% of time on short notice. - help out with root cause analysis of defects and compliance kpi breaches. - use deep dive data analysis to identify issues and solve problems. - investigate suspicious dsp/da activity and behaviour that could pose a risk to amzl, our customers, or others. - provision of clear targets and remedial actions for dsps when standards fall below contractual criteria. - responsible for setting next steps within agreed timelines and managing subsequent compliance. - participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary. basic qualifications - a self-starter, and ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly under minimal supervision. - work with virtual teams with the highest levels of team spirit and integrity. - proven ability to analyze and interpret information received. - excellent attention to detail. - excellent communication skills - experience handling confidential data. - ability to speak, read, write and understand german and english fluently. preferred qualifications - bachelor degree in relevant field of study.
• experience in auditing third party vendors. - experience in logistics. - experience in vetting and risk management a plus. - experience working in a highly metrics driven environment. - ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and processes. - working knowledge of local labor laws and its implementation best practices. - knowledge on payroll processes and tax laws. - profound excel/database knowledge. - flexibility with working hours. - driving license b.
