Together with you we would like to successfully enhance our IT Infrastructure (Platform) Services team and are therefore looking for you as an experienced and hands-on person in our newly created position of Deputy Manager IT Infrastructure (Platform) Services (f/m/d) in Ismaning (near Munich) Your tasks:

• Assurance of operation as well as development of our Infrastructure (Platform) Services according to our internal principles (ITIL and IT Service Management) * Supervision and control of the assignment of tasks and incidents within the IT Infrastructure (Plat-form) Services team * Technical supervision and guidance of the IT Infrastructure (Platform) Services team * Technical decision competence concerning the operation and development of IT Infrastructure (Plat-form) Services * Coordination of our internal projects and processes * Management and implementation of projects for the development and introduction of new and up-dated IT Infrastructure (Platform) Services solutions (from initial project plan to achievement of the project objective) Your profile:
• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable vocational training in the area of IT Infrastructure and related (Team-) Management * Comprehensive work experience in a leading function in the field of IT Infrastructure/Platform Ser-vices management or comparable * Extensive work experience in development and implementation of IT Infrastructure systems and solutions as well as operating IT Infrastructure * Broad knowledge in the area of on-premise data centre as well as working with third party managed Platform providers * Very good skills using the English language (min. B2), spoken and written * German language skills (min. B2) preferred, spoken and written Some of what we offer:
