In the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, we ensure that a consistent local approach is adopted in the various countries. To achieve this, we communicate with the relevant corporate divisions and contribute our regional expertise. We work with mature markets just as much as developing markets and either support the established companies there or promote our business in emerging markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Based within our dynamic and multicultural team at our centralised European HR department in Berlin, you will provide professional recruitment services to hiring managers, local HR stakeholders and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

• You will provide high quality and proactive sourcing as well as preselection of candidate profiles for different BASF divisions based in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• This will entail creating job postings, preselecting candidates, conducting telephone interviews, coordinating interviews, and liaising with Local HR and Line Managers.
• Beyond this, you will collaborate with your international colleagues to exchange potential candidates for positions in Europe and identify potential talents.
• As well as that, you will identify new effective advertising options and liaise with external parties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Motivated, organised and reliable, you have a strong interest in HR/recruitment and a first relevant experience in a similar position.
• Alongside a strong and proactive customer oriented approach, you adapt easily to a fast-changing work environment and take personal initiatives.
• Being a strong team player, you are able to actively engage with your colleagues.
• Taking pride in your work with exceptional attention to detail you have the ability to be well-organised under pressure.
• An excellent command of Dutch and English is a prerequisite, in addition to sensational communication skills. Knowledge of German and French is a big plus.
