Job Highlights * Functional management of the team with the focus on success factors explicitly for the Employee Central (EC) module * Consulting and support of the HR department in the implementation of business requirements including process analysis and system configuration of the module Employee Central with special focus on best practice and system standard * Takeover of support activities in 2nd level support for SAP SuccessFactors as interface to first & third level support * Implementation of new functionalities and execution of functional and integration tests within the scope of change requests and release management * Takeover of international HR IT program and (partial) project management * Coordination of external service providers Requirements * Successfully completed master's degree, preferably with a focus on human resources or business informatics with several years of professional experience * Several years of professional experience with global HR processes, SAP Success Factors (Employee Central module) and ServiceNow * Founded HR IT project experience in an international / complex environment * Structured as well as distinctive analytical thinking and working method * Presentation and communication skills * Strong personality with the ability to work in a team as well as strong communication skills and high social and intercultural competence * Very good written and spoken German and English skills This position is limited for two years.
