Your responsibilities

• In your role as Product Manager (m/f/d) you manage product lifecycle for laparoscopic imaging devices
• You support the EMEA sales subsidiaries operatively in marketing and sales development
• You identify customer needs and challenges for existing and future products
• You conduct business analyses for new product introductions and develop strategic plans for the introduction and promotion of new products
• You establish links and relationships with customers and key clinicians on a European level needed to trial and develop new products, involve in peer-to-peer activities and other marketing related activities
• You work closely with R&D departments to ensure that customer needs are correctly identified, communicated, and met
• You produce training materials and directly support the Olympus training department in developing training materials

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your studies in medical technologies, healthcare, and/or business administration
• You have some initial professional experience in interacting with clinician and other healthcare professionals
• You have excellent communication skills and command of German and English – written and spoken, additional language skills are a plus
• Your strengths include good negotiation skills, a customer oriented attitude and independent work structure
• You enjoy travelling up to 30%
