Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Specialist Travel Expenses (m/f/x) 60 - 100%
Your Responsibilities:
- Handling the daily travel expenses for national and international business trips as well as credit card accounting of German companies
- Contact person for our employees in all matters concerning travel expenses
- Cooperation with payroll and financial accounting
- Support and further development of our travel expenses system
- Preparing payment runs and taking over the reconciliation of accounts
- Updating and optimising our travel expenses policy, considering the respective current legal regulations
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Relevant work experience in a similar function within an international company
- Solid knowledge of accounting and taxes
- Fluency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good MS Office skills
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong hands-on mentality
- Experience with Navision Business Central and/or HR Works (desirable)
