In other (and much less) words, we offer customer support services for different projects.
For one of our projects, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who answer customer requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg. We only have in-bound calls from customers that have account queries or questions in regards to the Project.Requirements:
- Must speak
Turkish
Fluently (Near native +) andEnglish
on a conversational level- Previous customer service experience is not needed but welcomed
- Ability to work individually in order to achieve group goals
- Basic computer skills
- Training starts
September 16th, 2019,
so we would prefer to only interview candidates who are,in theory, available to start on that date. Please note, this position requires you to be available Monday- Friday and to have a valid work permit to work in Germany (if applicable).We offer you:
