Your responsibilities

• In your role as Senior Marketing Project Manager (m/f/d) you lead marketing projects to foster centralization, standardization, and optimization of marketing communication and event management across the EMEA region
• You develop an EMEA-wide marketing agency & supplier strategy aiming at cost-efficient standardization incl. service levels, contracts, budgets, briefings, regional requirements, etc.
• You develop an EMEA-wide exhibition & event strategy and framework, including:

o Activity & budget planning
o Standardization of processes (registration, organization, evaluation, etc.)
o Optimization of exhibition material and tools design and presentation
o Harmonization of agencies & contractors
o Implementation of an event management tool

• You manage development, optimization, and maintenance projects for marketing & sales material sharing platforms (e.g. Marketing SharePoint, Media Libraries) in close cooperation with relevant stake holders (GHQ, marketing, sales)
• You are a consultant for product, regional, content and online marketing managers and provide process support to facilitate harmonized pan-EMEA activities
• You develop and improve internal MarCom execution processes, including e.g. translation management, activity planning
• You steer and govern corporate design for SSD
• You hold budget responsibility and facilitate purchase and cost control processes
• You are the deputy of the Head of Marketing Agency SSD EMEA

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your studies in Marketing or similar
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing
• You have experience in managing international projects across several organization levels
• You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
• Your strengths include good analytical skills and a commercial mindset
• You enjoy challenges and proactively take on responsibility
