Your responsibilities

You will act as contact person for the business (employees and managers) in regards to all operational, local HR related topics. Close collaboration with HR Business Partners to align on operational and strategic HR topics for the business.

You are mainly responsible for the following activities:
  • You assist with internal and external operational HR related requests
  • You support the Business Partners by considering possible solutions and creating proposals
  • You take responsibility for own projects and drive those initiatives yourself
You take part in HR internal processes such as leadership reviews, interviews, workshops
  • You co-facilitate HR related trainings
  • Furthermore, you manage and review legal documents such as contracts, mutual agreements, etc.
  • You steer the recruitment process by administering the IT system, scanning candidates and advising the management in arranging interviews
  • You coordinate works council related communication between the business and the works council on operational topics
  • You support with HR processes such as performance management, employee engagement survey
  • You contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • You update and maintain data in the HR tool (MyHR)

Your qualification

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR or related fields
  • You have sound professional experience in the mentioned areas
  • You have knowledge and experience in German labor law as well as in relevant legal regulations and provide an understanding of and experience with HR structure and roles
  • You are experienced in working in a matrix organization and have effective HR administration and people skills
  • You can provide an understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English as well as in German Language)
  • You have a decision-making and problem-solving attitude and an independent & proactive working style as well as strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail completes your profile
