Senior SAP HCM Consultant

Senior Application Management Specialist required for a global HR & Payroll services provider with offices in over 35 countries. They are currently looking for a Senior Application Management Specialist to join their German team. You will be working remotely most of the time and will be required on client’s site about 5 days a month.

The Senior Application Management Specialist will ensure the smooth and successful delivery of technical application adaptations and will be a trusted adviser for customers. You will be responsible for error and function analysis, project implementations, application customizations, system testing, creation of technical and functional documentation and status reports.

The successful Senior Application Management Specialist will have the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or similar
• Experience with Payroll and Personnel Administration
• Knowledge of workflows in HR and SAP HR architecture
• Strong ABAP skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
