Department Manager Store Concepts

The Store Concepts department within the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Cooperation is responsible to develop and implement international standardized concepts for our stores. This starts from setting the standards for every store relevant topic, via planning the store layout to supervising the implementation of new store openings and modernizations.

Aufgaben

• Ensures the international standardization of store relevant concepts
• Steers the “Shop-fitting” process
• Supervises the implementation of store modernizations, new department flows and modularization
• Brings about change and innovation regarding store relevant concepts including the digital store concept elements
• Sets up the guidelines for the Store Concept Circle

Anforderungen

• Entrepreneurial thinking and management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Conceptual skills and a pronounced understanding of operative business
• Experience with assortment structure and visual merchandise
• Understanding of customer insights/motives and how to adapt concepts
• Fluent in German and English, other languages would be an advantage
