Director of Vehicle Control & Chassis needed for one of my world leading OEM. As a Director of Vehicle Control & Chassis you will be in charge of the plant for the design of chassis and vehicle control. As you will be the Director of Vehicle Control & Chassis you will be leading from the front and in charge of all the passionate engineers working together to create the best cars in the world.
Responsibility for the right Director of Vehicle Control & Chassis:
Team Management - Recruit new employees to build up the team
- Responsible for the overall team performance and implementing improvement where needed
- Responsible for full budget and control and chassis team Technical
- Work on the Chassis System Description Alternative with the team
- Join in the Design Review within the team and approve them
- Ensure the quality of all the Technical Deliveries within the team
- Lead the build team and sum up the standard work level process, tools and methods
- Cooperate with the global team.
Requirements for the Director of Vehicle Control & Chassis:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 15+ years experience in Vehicle such as Steering, Brake, and Wheel Suspension
- Software and function work experience is preferred
- Strong on collaboration and coordination across functions
- Experience working with world leading OEM's
- Fluent in English
