Job description

In our People & Culture Global Standards Team are we looking for an intern for the areas interational projects and employee development.

Upcoming projects and tasks are:
Participation in processing and developing of existing projects within People & Culture Development, Talent Management & Induction
Collaboration on international projects such as the development and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
Support in the implemenation of smartwork concept
Assisting in the conception and implementation of eLearnings
Self-responsible assumption of smaller projects respectively work packages

Job requirements

You are an matriculated student (m/w/d)
Good MS-Office skills (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent grasp of the English and German language
A well-structured style of working, willingness to learn, social and communication skills
You have a innovative mindset and like to optimize processes
