Our client is the largest commercial real estate services company in the world. They are heavily investing to expand in the German market with several locations. In Hamburg they would be looking to bring experienced senior projects managers that can win new business and become the future leaders for the growth of the office in Hamburg.
Senior Project Manager
Tasks:- Management and control of complex building construction measures of mixed-use buildings (retail, office, residential etc.) in Germany
- Assumption of profit & loss responsibility for own projects / units
- Pragmatic and energetic leadership of project teams and project managers and responsibility for the projects carried out by them within the framework of a major project
Requirements:
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, construction or similar
- Profound experience and extensive know-how in the above mentioned tasks
- Experience from commercial project management, e.g. also from self-employment or as a freelancer
- Management skills in theory and application
- Management experience
- Hands-On Mentality
- Very good knowledge of German and English
