NPI PE engineer have the opportunity to work with internal groups, as well as with customers around the world. We directly contribute to the company’s success by driving product development and timely launch by giving feedback to product performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor product/build yield and performance.

Support PM team on the needed summary packages and analysis.

Support Process and Test Engineering on the summary package for Tools and Materials Qualification.

Analyze wafer to HGA data and perform root cause analysis of head failures, and define solutions.

Work with design, process, and test engineers to identify and implement corrective actions on both new and mature products and technologies.

Make sure to deliver the product on time.

Can make judge and make decision based on available data.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in related field in any Engineering course, Computer Science, and Statistics
.

Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Knowledge in Basic Statistics and JMP analysis and scripting

Has in-depth knowledge in process characterization and electrical testing.

High level of proficiency with statistical data analysis tools and data mining techniques.

Confident in technical conversations with customers and internal field teams

SKILLS:

Proficient in SPC.

Proficient in statistical tools. ( JMP, SAS, Minitab)

Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization

Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment

Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts and data, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling issues.

Fast learned and willing to extend beyond working hours.
