Field Automation Specialist - Application Specialist

EUR65000 - EUR70000 per annum
We are currently working with a Market Leader in laboratory instruments and solutions who are seeking a Application Specialist to join their team. 
Duties

• Development of customer applications for their pipetting robot systems
• Installation as well as qualification of new systems
• Implementation of repairs, calibration, maintenance, error diagnosis &

troubleshooting, preventive HW, SW and FW update

• Training as instructing customer personnel in product operation/product

performance

• Participation in workshops and training
• Creation of service documents according to SOPs and service instructions
• Participate in the preparation of offers, price information / cost estimates for

services, including service contracts

• Observation of the customer and market situation to discover

sales potential and report to service managers

• Execution of further service orders of any kind

Your profile

• Technical, chemical or biological education
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• assertiveness
• good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and

other Microsoft Office Packages

• Basic knowledge of a programming languages
• Willingness to travel and further training
• Very good language skills in German are a prerequisite, knowledge of English is desirable
• Knowledge of liquid handling or next generation sequencing is an advantage
