Aufgaben

As an intern, you will:

• Supporting our consultants in the preparation and implementation of international projects
• Get to know projects at all stages of the employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning
• Assist in planning and during assessment and development centers and help with the follow-up of the results
• Gain insights into working with competency models and their application
• Sit in on feedback and development meetings
• Obtain certification in the application and interpretation of psychometric assessments
• Collaborate on various internal processes, including recruiting internship colleagues

Anforderungen

What we expect from you

• Degree in (business) psychology or business administration with a focus on HR, at least in the 3rd semester
• Enrollment during the internship
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Confident handling of the MS Office package
• Enjoyment of project work as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative
• The ability to work in a team and a confident appearance are a matter of course for you
• A high level of service and quality orientation are among your personal requirements
• Your internship should have a minimum duration of 3 months
