Head of Sales Operations (m / w / d)

Responsibilities

  • Overall management and strategic and organizational direction of the worldwide order management team
  • Worldwide responsibility for the system business
  • Responsibility of sales related SOX controls
  • Responsibility of sales processes with focus on order processing (Sales)
  • Continuous optimization of the support structure, with a focus on high customer satisfaction and fast response times
  • Support in production coordination and prioritization of production slots
  • Support in the forecasting processes
  • Carrying out monthly quality improvement checks (eg monthly adjustment of incoming orders)
  • Support the team in the bid and order processing process
  • Optimization of processes by means of key figures and efficiency analysis
  • Support and possibly lead projects in the area of ​​Sales Operations

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable education
  • At least 5 years of experience in the commercial and administrative environment and in dealing with interfaces in the adjacent areas of order processing (production, purchasing, controlling, etc.)
  • Experience in team management and project management
  • They can inspire employees and colleagues, are stress-resistant and process-oriented
  • They are key figures and have a very good understanding of marketing and sales processes
