Your responsibilities

• In your role as Senior Communications Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the development, roll-out and controlling of (internal and external) communication concepts and measures
• As a strong and competent partner (m/f/d), you consult and support our internal stakeholders in terms of internal and external communication
• Steer interdisciplinary teams in communication and PR projects
• Work closely together with and support our global corporate communications organization
• Create digital and analog communication material and develop social network communication
• Manage and control project timelines and budgets
• Manage and control agencies and suppliers

Your qualification

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, marketing, communications or similar
• More than five years of professional experience in internal and external communication, marketing communication and/or PR in international organizations, companies or agencies
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English and German – both written and spoken
• Your strengths include good analytical skills, power to perform your projects and tasks and a commercial mindset
• You are able to prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way for communication in the appropriate format and channel
• You enjoy working in a team, but also independently, you are reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Knowledge and experience in change management, medical communication strategies and international communication campaigns is very welcome
