für diverse Modulbauprojekte.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie leiten eigenständig Projekte und führen interne und externe Planungsteams in unterschiedlichen Phasen vom Vorentwurf bis zur Ausführungsplanung (Leistungsphasen 1 bis 5). Anschließend begleiten Sie es weiterhin planerisch bis zur Übergabe an den Kunden;
• Sie arbeiten mit externen Partnern wie Baubehörden, Fachplanern, Instituten und Zuliefern zusammen;
• Nach der Projektentwicklung erarbeiten Sie technische Detaillösungen für die Werksfertigung auf Basis der modularen Planung;
• Sie dokumentieren die Projekt- und Produktionsvorbereitung und stimmen die Details mit der ausführenden Projektleitung ab an welche das Projekt anschließend übergeben wird;
• Sie unterstützen und beraten die Bereiche Gebäudeplanung/CAD und Projektentwicklung sowie Projektierung und Produktion der Modulgebäude.

Anforderungsprofil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder Architektur, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens (Bau), erfahrener Bautechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifizierung;
• Hohes technisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse im Stahlbau wünschenswert;
• Umfassende Kenntnisse des Bauvertragsrechts, der VOB, der aktuellen Bauvorschriften und des Bauordnungsrechts;
• Ausgeprägte Systematik / Strukturiertheit sowie Orientierung auf Problemlösung und Entscheidungsfindung;
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 5 und in der Projektleitung;
• Startup-Bereitschaft und Begeisterung für die Themen der Zukunft im Bereich nachhaltigem Modulbau;
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Kreativität im internationalen Umfeld;
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit;
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
• Einigermaßen gute technische Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
• Reisebereitschaft.
