Hobson Prior are currently working with a global pharmaceutical organisation who are driven to help improve and prolong life. Our client is seeking a Marketing & Communications Expert to join them on a contract basis in Darmstadt.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on key messages, channel usage and influence design to execute communication objectives in line with our identity and Communications/Branding governance.
  • Organise and produce internal marketing and communication campaigns and materials (online and offline), taking the needs and perspectives of various stakeholders into account.
  • Design and implement change & communication initiatives to support the HR Strategy implementation, either through leading own projects or contributing to larger initiatives.
  • Coordinate, clarify and align content with HR colleagues, including members of the HR leadership team.

Key Skills:

  • Adaptability, agility, and capability to deal with and communicate change effectively.
  • Experience in positioning concepts, change management & content marketing.
  • Experience in designing and implementing marketing or change and communications measures.
  • Affinity to and understanding of digital channels and platforms.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to drive outcomes with a sense of ownership.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong PowerPoint and text writing skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or Human Resources, with at least 5 years work experience in Marketing and/or (Change) Communications
  • Background or experience in communicating HR topics, particularly in the Talent and Development area is preferred
