Marketing Assistant (m/w/d) Unified Communications

• Contribute to driving our Unified Communications (UC) business (including products such as video sound bars, speakerphones, conference phones and microphone systems) and support the development of new IT and direct marketing reseller distribution channels to increase UC product sales
• Coordinate local and pan-European marketing campaigns, monitor and track marketing activities and prepare a monthly marketing report, liaising with the Accounting, Logistics and Service departments as required
• Plan relevant content for all media channels and update content on our website
• Provide support in planning trade shows and event marketing throughout the European market
• Manage relations to PR, creative and media buying agencies
• Organise the creation of promotional materials in close cooperation with our headquarters and support the European branches/internal departments with promotional material requests
• Attend cross-functional meetings, trade shows and conventions as needed

Your profile:

• Degree with a focus on business/marketing or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a similar role are a plus
• Knowledge of developing marketing campaigns along with business acumen related to IT questions (B2B)
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Familiarity with relevant marketing tools (MailChimp, Hootsuite, Tridion or comparable tools)
• Strong communication (English), coordination and collaboration skills within an international environment; languages in addition to English advantageous
• Proactive working style and a passion for contemporary enterprise communication technology
• Willingness to travel
