Job Description On behalf of our customer, one of the largest European aircraft manufacturer, we are searching for a ILA Support (m/w/d). Your tasks * Act as Focal point to event organizers (Messe Berlin, BDLI) and the internal stakeholders * Coordination of internal + external requests and requirements linked to ILA * Set up of a comprehensive project plan * Management of overall event documentation before, during and after the event * Planning, allocation and supervision of the event budget * Organization of the design and set-up of the customers career stand in exchange with internal and external suppliers (incl. logistics) * Coordination of the promotion of job opportunities during ILA - in cooperation with the recruitment team * Management of the communication on internal and external channels (e. G. Social Media, press releases, etc. ) * Management of the ILA staff planning * Organization of supporting program (e. G. coordination of guest speakers, visitors as well as VIP and student tours) * Ensurement of availability of advertising material (goodies, brochures, etc. ) * Management participants and visitors feedback Your profile * University degree in business administration or communication theory * Initial work experience within marketing, HR and public relations (min. 1 year) * Good knowledge within MS-Office * Good negotiating skills in German * Good communication, moderation, presentation and organisations skills * Ability to work in a team Are you appealed by the task?
