YOUR CONTRIBUTION

As Digital Marketing Expert (m/f/d) you take an integral part in the development and success of our Digital Innovation strategy within our department
Central Commercial Organization
. Here, your role is to transform Merz Therapeutics into a customer-centric digital marketing and sales organization and work with our Global Brand Management to develop omnichannel digital marketing initiatives for our key brands. Your detailed tasks are the following:

• Developing a short-, mid- and long-term digital marketing strategy for Merz Tx brands
• Partnering with brand marketers to understand brand strategy, campaign requirements, and data needs
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and agencies to build an integrated digital marketing and sales funnel
• Develop integrated and impactful marketing initiatives that address the real customer need
• Perform as an expert in digital marketing best practices (related processes and systems, campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, etc.)
• Manage multiple channels such as social media, Google Ads, website content, and email marketing to deliver compelling and cohesive marketing
• Derive actionable strategies from customer insights through integration with our CRM analytics and platforms
• Analyze data by mapping current digital tactics to identify gaps, opportunities and insights to optimize expenses, performance and ROI

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in business management, economics, or related STEM fields
• Professional experience in digital marketing in pharma or healthcare industry
• Trained in either tools for Ideation, Product Development or Agile/ Scrum and excited to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies relating to business intelligence and data analysis
• Experience with Excel, SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Full Professional Proficiency in English
• Very good communication and presentation skills and the ability to align different perspectives on a common basis
• Entrepreneurial mindset focusing on growth, simplifying complex concepts and problem solving
