Responsible for defining and improving together with the business stakeholders and business process owner the customer license management related processes (e.g., Software Factory, …) for IA PCP, collecting and specifying requirements for implementing in the application landscape with the stakeholders.

Acts as the IM Business Process manager between business functions and all parts of the IM organization/ application development.

Your responsibilities

  • Defines and drives process solutions for customer license management, including documentation
  • Aligns the process solutions with PCP process owners and management/ stakeholders
  • Defines and implements the corresponding support model for business
  • Understands the related business processes in detail and applies this knowledge to shape and align solution/ service building and delivery activities
  • Drives the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IM Services
  • Acts as a Business Process Manager in relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/ data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software
  • Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in processes according to agreed RACIS and specification
  • Keeps up to date and informed of any change, or planned change, of the ABB IM Enterprise Architecture and ABB IM strategy
  • Provides guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying responsibility
  • Provides estimates per topic/ project
  • Manages and assigned budget effectively and delivers activities with agreed schedules and costs
  • Partners with stakeholders to qualify and prioritize demand.
  • Recommends delivery of business processes/ projects supporting IM systems/ projects, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and/ or operational functionality
  • Supports the organization
  • Executes as single Business Process Management interface for Project management Solutions to business functions and process owner.
  • Manges relationships with stakeholders to update status, resolve issues, and manage expectations
  • Dealing in a changing ABB OS environment with stakeholders from IAPCP and all 3 Frontend Business Lines (IAEN/ IAPI/ IAMP)

Your background

  • Experience in managing virtual and distributed teams
  • Experience in defining and implementing Customer License Management processes and process tool landscape implementation
  • Experience with Software Factory application and processes
  • IT related technical understanding
  • Experience in active stakeholder management
  • Clear and open communication skills
  • Strong minded
  • Actively driving roadmaps and the related projects and maintenance tasks
  • English
