A leading Manufacturing company based in Munich, Germany are looking for a Purchasing Manager to join their rapidly growing procurement team. The company has 10 production plants globally and currently going through a transformation and they are planning to open new plants across Europe and North America.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement of hydraulic components such as cylinders, hydraulic hoses, pumps, units and valves.
Responsibilities
- Purchase of hydraulic components such as cylinders, hydraulic hoses, pumps, units and valves Support in the development and implementation of the strategy in the hydraulic product group
- Project management with focus on cost reduction and best cost country sourcing Offer processing, comparison, decision making and contract negotiation your profile
- Successfully completed studies, ideally with a technical focus Several years of experience in the industrial and strategic shopping
- environment Good knowledge of contracts and SAP R / 3 (module MM) Strong negotiating talent (m / f / d) with know-how in the area of methodological competence and process improvement
