Role: Data Privacy Lawyer
Location: Frankfurt
An American “BigLaw” firm with a large international presence is looking for a new Data Privacy Lawyer to join their team in Frankfurt at the Associate level. The firm is known for its open, international culture and prioritises personal development amongst its employees. As a Data Privacy Lawyer you will work with a wide range of clients on data protection issues in the EU, UK and USA.

As Data Privacy Lawyer You Will:

• Advise internal and external functions on questions of data privacy
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for relevant clients
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments
• Coordinate and collaborate in the assistance of international data protection audits
• Conduct data protection training with relevant internal and external functions

As Data Privacy Lawyer You Have:

• Previous experience in legal function within a corporate law firm in Germany
• Experience in drafting contracts and negotiations
• Law degree & good results from both State Exams
• German and English business fluency, other languages highly advantageous
